Houses old audiovisual material from a variety of sources, all of which were created by government departments.
Categories include National Film Unit (NFU), Non-NFU material, Non-film audiovisual material, and Researching NFU.
New Zealand Music, Sound, Audio-visual Collection
Part of the New Zealand and Pacific Collection of the Alexander Turnbull Library. Highlights include: music records, printed music, radio documentaries, historical recordings, talking books, and videos and DVDs.
Provides access to unpublish oral histories and recordings.
